The Final Chapter

It is with great sadness, but also with great anticipation, to announce that Tomaso Grilled Pizza and Panini will be closing its doors this fall.   

It was time to evaluate my personal and family life, after serving the Kanata area for over 20 years, and come to this decision.  

I have been working in the pizza industry since 1992, and it has become physically more challenging to continue to do so. 

On the positive note, I am not selling the brand, only the assets of the company. It will be a different type of business at my current location. 

However, if someone out there thinks that my concept  is worth continuing in a different spot, I would be interested to discuss the details. 

I thank all of you who supported us during these years, making Tomaso to become a popular destination in this very diverse and competitive Ottawa pizza market. 

It was an exciting journey, to build a brand from ground zero, and meet all of you during the process. 

We would love a chance to see our loyal longtime customers before we close so that we can share our goodbyes in person - and perhaps pick up your favourite grilled or deep dish pizza for the last time!
